• Support deployment, configuration, and monitoring of applications in AWS cloud environments
• Troubleshoot system issues across OS, application, and infrastructure layers
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability and scalability
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for production systems
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and capacity planning
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices
• Participate in 24/7 operational support, including on-call duties and regional team coordination

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Systems Programming, Infrastructure Engineering, or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Unix operating systems
• Experience in AWS Cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch)
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Python scripting for automation
• Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and performance tuning
• Experience in automation, DevOps tools, or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a regional team environment
• Willingness and flexibility to support 24/7 operations, including after-hours and on-call rotations

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in enterprise-scale or financial services environments

Overview

• We are a public-listed company that specialises in the manufacturing of steel prefabricated reinforcement for the construction industry. We are seeking suitably qualified personnel to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Extract bill of quantities for steel reinforcements from structural drawings to ensure accurate material planning
• Schedule and draft technical drawings using appropriate tools for submission and production purposes
• Coordinate technical issues with project site personnel to facilitate smooth project progress
• Attend site discussions as needed to resolve technical queries and support project teams

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Structural/Civil Engineering or QS / Structural Engineering Design or related discipline to support technical understanding
• Working knowledge of AutoCad and Revit-BIM tools to enhance drawing accuracy and efficiency
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar field to ensure familiarity with industry practices
