Roles and Responsibilities:

You are a multi-faceted Applied Physics system developer, preferably with experience in advanced sensors, custom optics, and miniaturised electronics, robotics, signal processing and data analysis. What you bring

Your experience should include designing and developing multi-disciplinary systems, approaches for a variety of applications and providing technical leadership to teams of engineers across the globe. Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Systems Consultant to be part of the SAP-to-Workday Financials transformation initiatives. This role will partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to lead ERP delivery, process optimization, data migration, and business change activities, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives, including planning, delivery, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating operational and finance requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Drive SAP-to-Workday Financials transformation activities, including process redesign, data migration, reconciliation, cutover, and compliance readiness.
• Provide expertise across key finance functions such as OTC, P2P, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting.
