HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Hardware Design Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor within a highly skilled R&D organization building high‑performance, high‑quality networking products.
You will:
Design and develop advanced hardware platforms, from component selection and schematic design through board bring‑up, debugging, and validation.
Perform feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation planning to ensure robust, manufacturable designs.
Execute empirical testing and root‑cause analysis on new and evolving hardware to meet stringent quality and performance goals.
Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design and development, including driving Joint Development Model (JDM) engagements to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions and successful program outcomes.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
About You
4 to 6 years of hands‑on experience in systems and hardware design, including integrated circuits and complex electronic systems such as servers, mobile devices, or similar platforms.
Solid knowledge of, and strong interest in, high‑speed design concepts, including signal integrity challenges and power distribution techniques.
Additional Preferred Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, interpret, and clearly explain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
