Requirements

- Have Rebar casting Working Experience

- 3–5 years in construction cost management

- Proficiency in software: Microsoft Excel ，AutoCAD，QStools (e.g., CostX, Cubicost)

- Strong numerical and analytical skills

- Knowledge of construction methods and materials

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flexibility to work extended hours when required.

Role Overview

You will lead a team to deliver strong operational performance across survey-related service functions. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, strong people leadership, and a focus on service excellence, quality assurance, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to achieve service level agreements and performance KPIs
• Plan workforce requirements and oversee daily operational workflows
• Drive consistent quality standards across inbound and outbound survey services
• Manage escalations, investigations, and service recovery for both internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with stakeholders to align on service expectations, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct call audits, quality checks, and implement process improvements
• Review and enhance email templates, scripts, and service workflows to improve efficiency
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
• Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management and stakeholders
• Support performance reviews, talent development, retention, and recognition initiatives
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline, or strong equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of experience in quality service, operations, or service delivery
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
• Experience in call centres, survey operations, data processing, or statistics is an advantage
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
• Must complete required training and pass assessment prior to deployment

We are seeking a Survey Designer to support an innovative, AI-driven data collection initiative with a government agency. In this role, you will help develop and enhance an intelligent conversation-based survey system designed to improve how data is collected and processed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an AI-powered conversational bot capable of conducting personalised, text-based interviews for data collection
• Integrate the bot with government databases to enable tailored interactions based on individual profiles and responses
• Design, implement, and refine Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) models to improve the bot’s understanding, response accuracy, and overall performance
• Research and apply data imputation methodologies to improve the quality, completeness, and reliability of survey data
• Continuously enhance survey logic and user interaction flow to ensure a seamless respondent experience

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in data science, AI, NLP, or survey methodology

1. Tendering & Pre-Contract Work

• Prepare tender submissions, cost estimates, and budgets
• Take off quantities from ACMV/HVAC drawings
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Source and request quotations from suppliers & subcontractors
• Analyze and compare prices to get competitive costing

2. Cost Control & Budget Management

• Monitor project costs to stay within budget
• Track material usage and pricing trends
• Do cost analysis and forecasting

Job Details:

• Salary: UP $3,300

• Contract Period: Until 31 Dec 2026 (able to renew)

• Office Location: Nearest MRT Novena

• Working days and hours : 5 days work week across Monday to Sunday (based on roster - example : 11am - 8pm OR 12pm - 9pm , including weekend)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
• Availability to work on weekends as required by project schedules.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

1. Computation and prepartion of Topographic map, Boundary surveys, all co-ordinates and level
2. Duties will primarily be office related but may require occasional field work associated with all facets of surveying including topographic mapping, control surveying and construction layout.
