該職位負責確保所有訂單、發貨、發票、付款和收據記錄準確錄入，並有相應的憑證支援。

應徵者必須能夠嚴格遵守公司流程，並與行政、銷售、倉庫和配送團隊合作。這是一個執行和支持崗位。

主要職責：

• 在 SQL 系統中輸入和更新客戶、訂單、出貨、發票、付款和收據記錄。
• 根據有效的證明文件，準備並核對發票資訊。
• 請確保發票詳情（如客戶名稱、商品、數量、價格、單據編號和付款條款）準確無誤。
• 支援日常行政操作，包括文件準備、歸檔和記錄更新。
• 協助進行收貨單/退貨單/發票文件的核對和跟進。
• 與內部團隊協調訂單狀態、出貨記錄、簽收單和庫存移動單據。
• 聯絡相關人員跟進缺失或不完整的文件。
• 妥善保管報價單、送貨單、收貨單、發票、交貨單、付款單和收據等文件。
• 如有任何資訊缺失、錯誤或不匹配，請向報告經理報告。
• 根據需要準備簡單的每日或每週管理總結。
• 遵循公司文件流程，避免未經授權的手動變更。

主要要求：

● 至少 1-2 年行政、發票、銷售支援、營運支援或相關職位的工作經驗。

● 有使用 SQL 系統、會計軟體、ERP 系統、庫存系統或類似業務系統的經驗。

● 能夠處理發票、送貨單、客戶訂單及相關銷售文件。

● 注重細節，尤其是數字、商品代碼、數量、價格和文件參考資訊。

● 基本了解銷售單據流程，如報價單、出貨單、發票、交貨單、付款單和收據。

● 具備基本的 Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets 技能。

● 能夠與行政、銷售、倉庫和配送團隊進行清楚的溝通。

● 責任心強，做事有條理，能夠遵守既定程序。

● 能夠認真細緻地工作，不擅自更改或走捷徑。

● 能夠在繼續操作之前標記並報告不完整或不清楚的資訊。

優先條件：

● 擁有快速消費品、分銷、貿易、物流、倉儲或批發行業經驗。

● 熟悉 SQL 會計/庫存系統。

● 具備審核收貨單、收貨憑證、發票、收貨證明、付款記錄或庫存移動單據的經驗。

● 能夠準備簡單的管理報告或摘要。

● 能夠適應流程驅動型的工作環境。
