We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Intern to support our planning and logistics team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain "ground-truth" experience in how a global supply chain functions. Shipment Coordination: Support the team in tracking active shipments and coordinating "diversions" to ensure stock reaches the correct destination during supply disruptions.
Data Maintenance: Update and maintain inventory records and shipment status within the ERP system to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Reporting: Help compile weekly reports on "Days Open" for orders and track key performance metrics like delivery lead times.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks or automate repetitive inquiry responses.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) or low-code tools (Power Platform) is a plus.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex shipping updates clearly.
