Required Skills & Experience
•10-12+ years of experience in data migration on enterprise HCM or ERP transformation programmes, with demonstrated ownership of the migration workstream — not just execution within it.
•Proven track record of leading client conversations to define migration scope and approach, including facilitating workshops and driving decisions with senior stakeholders.
•At least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementations with accountability for data migration delivery end to end.
•Sufficient Oracle HCM data knowledge to scope objects confidently across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence — and to challenge and advise the client with authority.
•Demonstrated ability to manage and direct a delivery team, maintaining quality and pace in a pressured programme environment.
•Strong facilitation and communication skills — comfortable running workshops, chairing governance meetings, and presenting to senior client stakeholders.
•Experience managing migration risks, issues, and dependencies within a complex, multi-workstream programme.
Desirable
•Experience leading migrations from legacy platforms such as SAP HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday, or bespoke HR systems.
•Working/ hand on knowledge of Oracle HCM data loading tools (HDL, FBDI, Spreadsheet Loader) sufficient to guide and review the team's technical outputs
•Oracle HCM Cloud certification in one or more modules.
•Prior experience in a consulting / Big 4 or System Integrator environment.
•Familiarity with data governance and data privacy frameworks in the context of HR data migration.
