• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is mandatory; additional modules preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll or SAP S/4HANA integration is a plus.
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation and solution architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Experience working with global clients and managing diverse teams.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central and at least one other module) are required.
• SAP Activate Project Manager certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap and solution architecture for payment products.

• Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

• Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level customer needs into detailed technical specifications, including user stories, epics, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Cross-Functional Leadership: * Partner with Engineering to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Risk to ensure compliance with global standards (PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC).

• Support Marketing and Sales with technical product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert at industry events. Communicate roadmap progress and technical challenges effectively to executive leadership and external partners.
     

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, or payment Solutions. Prefer within Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services.

• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the payment's ecosystem, including card networks (Visa/Mastercard), acquirers, processors, APMs, and banking rails (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT).

• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data tools (SQL, Excel, BI platforms) to drive architectural decisions.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
