KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant + Solution Architect to join our team. You are responsible to be leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet the client’s business needs. You will be expected to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP technologies. This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop technical specifications and design documents for SAP projects, including customizations and integrations
• Lead and mentor SAP development teams, providing technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to SAP solutioning in pre-sales and project phases
• Engage with customers for scoping and requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Minimum of 12-15 years of SAP solution architect experience
• Experience in ECC to SAP S4 Hana migration
• Experience in leading BPR or Blueprint design – not just team lead role
• Deep functional domains knowledge in SAP FICO
• Functional experience in SAP FICO
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation or migration projects
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President (SVP), Chief Architect & Head of Core Development to lead the design, evolution, and delivery of the company's core technology platforms. This role will serve as the highest technical authority within the engineering organization, responsible for defining enterprise architecture, driving engineering excellence, and leading the development of mission-critical financial infrastructure that powers our payments, digital assets, treasury, card, lending, and embedded finance businesses.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities and has successfully built and scaled high-performance financial systems in fintech, banking, payments, or digital asset environments.
