Responsibilities
Leading the technical excellence of the regional office (South East Asia + Australia/NZ), managing a dynamic consulting team, and acting as a cornerstone for recruitment and internal resource management. authority, and actively developing the regional consulting team
- Team Leadership & Management: Directly manage a diverse team of 12 consultants, ranging from junior new joiners to seasoned experts with 6+ years of experience. You will oversee their growth, performance and their day-to-day project dispatch.
- Account management & Business growth: Customer focus role, you actively engage with clients as a project director to grow our professional services business, especially with existing accounts.
- Functional expertise & Solutioning Mastery: you will lead workshops and leverage our mature product to present clear, finished-product options & client roadmaps. You must remain a highly efficient expert in Planisware to guide clients toward the best architectural decisions and highest solution vlaue.
- Talent Acquisition: Play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Singapore office. You will actively participate in the hiring process by running technical exercises during interviews, and assessing the technical and cultural fit of candidates.
- Resource& Quality Management: You will be responsible for dispatching tasks and projects, ensuring new team members are integrated efficiently and ramped up effectively on our methodologies. You will achieve this by running training sessions, and implementing quality-control processes like peer reviews and best-practice sharing.
Profile
- PPM Experience: 10+ years of experience in PPM implementation, including at least 3+years as a Project Director giving you the credibility to manage senior consultants.
- Track Record & Complexity: Proven history of delivering large-scale, multi-phase enterprise projects (12+ month cycles, six to seven-figure budgets) involving complex integrations and multi-stakeholder governance.
- Pillar & Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and deep expertise in at least 1 of our core pillars: NPD,PCE, IT, or Life Sciences.
- Language & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in an additional regional language (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) is a strong plus for navigating APAC markets.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and dispatch a large team. You knowhow to tailor your management style to support both fresh graduates and highly experienced technical consultants.
- Recruitment Acumen: Experience or strong interest in talent evaluation. You can comfortably design and run technical assessment exercises and confidently make hiring recommendations during advanced interview rounds.
- Technical Mastery: Ideally you are also a true configuration and architecture expert in Planisware (or a similar enterprise configurable product). You possess the advanced technical knowledge required to maintain and untangle complex customersupport issues and first implementation challenges.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience working for an Enterprise SaaS vendor
