• Proven expertise with file protocols NFS & SMB, and S3.
• Solid understanding of object storage technologies and APIs.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing POCs.
• Hands-on with AI data pipelines including inferencing and RAG, along with familiarity in storage tuning for large performance-sensitive unstructured workloads.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel for customer engagements.

Industry Vertical Knowledge:

• Demonstrated experience selling enterprise storage solutions within one or more industry verticals (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, Public Sector, Oil and Gas, Media Entertainment and Electronic Design Automation).
• Ability to understand vertical-specific business challenges, compliance requirements, and data workloads, positioning storage solutions that address performance, scalability, security, and regulatory needs.

Technologies & Platforms (Experience with at least one required)

• Dell EMC PowerScale (Isilon) and ObjectScale
• Pure Storage FlashBlade
• NetApp ONTAP (File)
• NetApp Object Grid
• Other enterprise file/object storage platforms

Cloud & Competitive Skills (Strong Pluses)

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP storage offerings and integration patterns
• Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud storage architectures
• Competitive landscape awareness (relative strengths/weaknesses of file/object platforms)
• Experience in customer success, consulting, or solution advisory roles

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and automation
• Provide technical leadership and best practices

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma graduate in Computer Science or related discipline with at least three (3) years of experience in managing projects.
• The Solution Architect shall have at least a Diploma in Computer Studies, or related discipline, with at least three (3) years’ experience as a Solution Architect.
• The Solution Architect must have attained some recognition of his competency as Solution Architect, e.g.: Cloud Certification in Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent, Certified Enterprise Java Architect for J2EE platforms, SEI Software Architect Certification or IASA Certified IT Architect Profession or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate closely with consultants
• Oversee design development and ensure smooth implementation
• Manage client relationships and ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections when required
• Resolve design and technical issues during project execution
• Support project documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks
