Receptionist cum Administrative Junior Executive
Responsibilities & Duties
– Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer their queries
– Manage meeting room bookings
– Co-ordinate with tea ladies to serve drinks to clients and visitors
– Coordinate overseas courier request
– Frank mails and ensure cost recovery
– Route incoming fax
– Take on any other duties as and when assigned
Qualifications / Skills:
• “O” levels to fresh grads welcome (Training will be provided)
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• PC literate and good knowledge of Microsoft office software (especially Excel and Word)
• Meticulous, strong organization and communication skills
• A ‘can do’ attitude, is a team player with initiatives
• Good writing skills and phone mannerism
• Ability to multitask and adapt to environment
