Description of Division

You will be part of the Regional Team under the Service Management Division of KidSTART Singapore Limited (KSL). Your role will be to oversee the effective implementation of KidSTART in each region and/or across regions and the service management of KidSTART Agencies (KSAs) and funded healthcare partners. Key Responsibilities

1.       Service Management (KSL and Funded Partners)

a.       Assist and support the Regional Head to carry out regular contract management and programme monitoring of KSL teams, hospitals and KSAs to ensure compliance with Funding Agreement and drive achievement of programme deliverables.

• Coordinate with Front Office cashiers on vouchers, billing instructions, deposits, rebates etc, to minimize bad debts, skippers, untraceable charges and allowances
• Inspect VIPs arrival rooms with appropriate amenities set up
• Meet and greet VIPs arrivals and departures as highlighted by Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager

• Log all complaints/irregularities for Management reference
• Handle all complaints from guests and transmits them to the departments concerned and see that corrective actions are taken immediately

• To conduct physical room checks for remaining departures beyond 1600 hours
• Ensure Front Office colleagues verify the Housekeeping report and follow up on any discrepancies

• Conduct random check on all colleagues to ensure that nobody sleeps while on night duty

As Guest Services Manager, we expect from you:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience as guest services personnel in luxury hotel or similar capacity is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite Non-Marine (Property, Construction, Energy, Engineering and Liability) insurance policies/covers for large and complex commercial risks in Singapore and other Middle East/APAC territories

We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Assistant Manager/Manager, Advertising Sales & Partnerships to join our Commercial Partnerships team. In this role, you will drive advertising, sponsorship, and venue partnership opportunities that strengthen Singapore EXPO's position as a preferred venue partner for event organisers, brands, and agencies. You will be responsible for growing revenue across venue-wide advertising and sponsorship assets, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative brand activation opportunities that enhance audience engagement and commercial value. • Conceptualise, plan, and execute advertising & promotional (A&P), sponsorships, and venue activation initiatives that enhance Singapore EXPO's commercial revenue opportunities and brand positioning.
• Drive the growth of Singapore EXPO's A&P business across existing client portfolios, while proactively identifying and developing new accounts and untapped market opportunities.
• Manage and grow the A&P sales pipeline, including achieving sales targets, revenue budgets, and sponsorship objectives across venue-wide advertising assets and activation spaces.
• Develop innovative and integrated advertising, sponsorship and brand activation solutions leveraging Singapore EXPO's physical venue assets, Out-of-Home (OOH) media inventory, digital platforms and experiential engagement opportunities.
