7)      Ensure effective end-to-end change management across manufacturing, regulatory, and supply chain functions. 

8)      Lead quality issue management, including deviations, complaints, supply impact assessment, and recall risk escalation. 

9)      Operation of the RHQ organization, including setting and managing team policies and objectives; securing and developing resources required for business execution; establishing opportunities for communication with stakeholders; planning and implementing operational improvements; and maintaining and improving the workplace environment.

Qualifications / Required

• Master’s degree in pharmacy, physics, or chemistry. Pharmacist license is preferred.
• Extensive experience in GMP/GDP audits, including CAPA review and effectiveness evaluation. 
• Strong understanding of PIC/S GMP, ICH Q7, ICH Q9, and ICH Q10 and QA operation experience (more than 15 years)
• Experience as a QA lead during regulatory inspections. 
• Ability to design risk-based audit and quality KPI frameworks. 
• Proven capability in SOP harmonization and document control using globalized computerized systems.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, semiconductor equipment, or precision machinery industry.

• Strong knowledge in motion control modelling and algorithms for ultra-high speed and high accuracy applications.

• Solid experience in control system analysis and design, including servo motor and motion control systems.

• Strong background in digital electronics and power electronics design, including power supplies and motor drivers.

• Familiar with analytical and simulation tools such as MATLAB, MathCAD or equivalent.

• Knowledge of dynamic frequency response analysis (Bode plot, Nyquist plot).

• Familiar with electromagnetic technology for motor design.

• Experience with C/C++ programming for real-time control applications is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of mechanical system integration is a plus.

Job Description:

• In Charge of auditing and assessing the suitability of suppliers
• Responsible for initiating and managing project transfer
• Responsible for guiding and implementing improvement programs as well as negotiating and balancing capacity among suppliers
• Responsible for FA Inspection of casting and machining services
• In Charge of managing the foundries which include quality and delivery performance
• In charge of handling the non-conformance parts follow up
• Responsible for checking and monitoring suppliers to ensure delivery

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Precision Engineering or relevant
• Min 5 years of experience in Metal Machining industry with experience in QC/ Audit
• Oversea travelling is required
