Position Overview

• Holder of at least three registered patents related to energy efficiency and carbon reduction technologies within the Asia-Pacific region.

The Children and Youth Group (CYG) in The Salvation Army Singapore serves hundreds of vulnerable children and youth yearly. In line with our vision to provide a continuum of care to uplift those in need, our services span from preventive services, foster care and residential services to reunification support services for vulnerable children returning to their natural families after being removed due to safety concerns. The Youth Development Centre is one of CYG's services and reaches out to latch-key young people from low to middle income families to guide them towards a more purposeful life, live out their dreams and contribute well to society.

As an outreach centre, the staff and volunteers engage the youth with a variety of sports, music and social activities to impart life skills that will help them build a strong foundation for their future. We run a drop-in centre to provide young people in the community with a safe and conducive place to hang out. We also run youth mental health programmes such as resilience building to help youth thrive. Through our youth mental health programmes we reach out to youth in the community as well as at risk youth in residential care. PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVES:

The Youth Development Centre (YDC) will provide Youth Mental Health programmes which include a drop-in centre service for at-risk youths from low to middle-income families, psychoeducation and therapeutic group work sessions for youth in schools and their families struggling with mental health, and other preventive and remedial community programmes aimed at helping youth and families cope with mental health issues. We also provide specialized supervised access services for vulnerable families.

The Programme Executive would need to plan, implement, facilitate and evaluate all programmes in YDC, conduct volunteer management and community need assessment to measure and enhance programme relevance and effectiveness to bring about quality service and standards.

About the Role:
As an Admin & Programme Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the centre runs smoothly by managing daily manpower planning and staffing operations. You will be at the heart of coordinating teachers’ schedules, deployments, and attendance to ensure all programmes are well-supported and operationally efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides centre-based programme operations and administrative support to ensure smooth daily manpower coordination, student movement, attendance administration, welfare follow-up, and operational readiness across programme activities. • Coordinates programme-related intake, first-day readiness, transition, and withdrawal processes. The Role

The VP Commercial is the senior commercial voice in the hotel, responsible for the total revenue strategy and the teams that execute it. You will directly manage the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing, and you will own the hotel's distribution architecture, channel mix, and revenue growth strategy across all markets and segments.

This is a genuinely broad commercial role - not a traditional hotel DOS or Revenue Manager position. You are accountable for how the hotel acquires revenue across every channel, what it costs to acquire it, and how the mix shifts over time toward higher-quality, lower-cost channels. Sales executes the relationships. Marketing executes the brand and digital strategy. You set the commercial framework both teams operate within and you are accountable for the outcome.

Distribution fluency is central to this role. You need to understand how hotel inventory moves from channel manager to GDS to OTA to direct, and you need to be able to manage commercial relationships and negotiate terms at every layer of that stack. This is what separates the right candidate from a strong but traditional hotel commercial leader.

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on distribution experience - GDS mechanics, OTA commercial negotiations, metasearch management, direct booking strategy

What the day will look like

• Drive the negotiation and placement of insurance/reinsurance contracts, producing desktop & market quotations and lead terms, for the Specialty;
• Apply market expertise to design, deliver, innovate and place new/expanded business opportunities, renewals and mid-term adjustments and claims to improve market competitiveness, drive growth and optimal outcomes clients
• Partner with Aon resources (Sales & Marketing, Specialty Team, GBC network and in-Country teams) to deliver the widest practical range of insurance solutions and services to client.
• Provide thought contributions to tender responses for the Specialty to ensure timely submission and quality of reports
• Ensure implementation of broking excellence initiatives including: Client Promise; Sales / Cross Selling; Wording/Slip standardization; Standard Contracts; Data Quality; Broking operations process flow; Carrier / market engagements.
• Managing key carrier relationships to secure optimum outcome for client risk coverage
• Contribute to key thought leadership content for our clients and markets, and demonstrate understanding and insight into the industry, clients, risks and solutions.
• Contribute to up to date marketing materials on carrier appetite and solutions available to Specialty clients;
• Contribute to regular "State of the Market" reports for the Specialty updating on market trends and losses relevant to the Specialty.
• Ensure knowledge and best practice approaches are captured, documented and shared to ensure resiliency in the broking function for the Specialty
• Responsibility to ensure that all broking / placement activity is in compliance with MAS regulations and Aon Company Policy and Guidelines.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• At least 5 years’ broking experience either in wholesale or retail markets
• Degree with ACII / AAII qualification or equivalent (but not essential)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with external markets and internally with our network offices in the region

1. Account & Stakeholder Leadership

• Serve as senior interface to customers and internal executives.

• Provide coaching to PMs on issue framing, situation awareness, dependency management, risk‑based prioritisation, stakeholder communication, cost control.

• Establish minimum execution standards, eg: Action logs, Steering decks, Decision tracking.

• Intervene decisively when performance creates material delivery risk.

4. Vendor & Dependency Management

• Manage high‑risk third‑party dependencies that affect milestones.

• Manage vendor escalation, deadlock resolution, contractual or commercial leverage decisions

• Provide guidance on vendor management

5. Programme Governance & Commercial Control

• Own programme‑level: Delivery confidence, Financial outcomes, Change control discipline

• Ensure governance exists to enable high quality execution.

• Protect contractual position while maintaining workable stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant project / programme delivery experience, with at least 5 years in a Project Director / Programme Lead or equivalent senior role. PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

• Proven leadership of large, complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes (public sector, regulated environments, or mission‑critical systems strongly preferred) on time, within budget, and in compliance with legal requirements.

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including legal teams and clients.

• Experience in financial management, resource allocation, and risk management within project environments.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially-minded individual to join us as an Associate Director, Strategy & Corporate Development to support and execute the firm’s strategic growth initiatives across global markets.

This role sits at the core of Alta’s expansion strategy, with a focus on M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and market development. About You

• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 corporate finance, corporate development, or strategy roles. Exposure to the technology and/or fintech sector is preferred.

• Proven track record in building complex financial models (e.g. LBO, M&A, NPV/cash flow, partnership structures) and conducting valuation analyses to support strategic transactions.

• Hands-on experience in transaction execution, including mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, or similar strategic initiatives.

• Strong understanding of financial services, fintech, and/or private markets is advantageous.

• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will work in a business tax team, focusing predominantly on the provision of tax advisory services to clients in the Financial Services sector. Responsibilities will include assisting with tax research, assisting with the preparation of tax advice, preparation of proposals and presentations and liaising with other internal teams and Deloitte offices on tax matters. Experienced candidate will be involved in providing FATCA and CRS advisory and reporting services for a mixed portfolio of clients in Singapore and the region. Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Overview

The Programme Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the implementation of the THK bloom Enabling Skills for Life Programme (ESLP) at the Geylang Bahru campus. This role involves working closely with the multidisciplinary team (Programme Executives, and Allied Health Professionals) to deliver both functional training under the NOURISH curriculum and vocational training across our key centre-based vocational tracks — Hospitality, Horticulture, and Culinary.

The Programme Assistant will provide direct support to trainees with disabilities to help them acquire functional life skills, vocational competencies, and independence, while ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

1. Programme Delivery - NOURISH Functional Curriculum

• Assist in conducting daily functional training sessions focusing on independent living, community living, communication, social-emotional skills, and work readiness.
• Support the preparation of teaching aids, lesson materials, and classroom setup for NOURISH sessions.
• Reinforce learning goals identified in trainees' Individualised Development Plans (IDPs).
• Observe and document trainees' progress and behaviour for team discussion and follow-up interventions.

1. Vocational Training Support

• Facilitate hands-on training under the Hospitality, Horticulture, and Culinary programmes based on assigned area.
• Guide trainees through structured tasks such as housekeeping routines, kitchen preparation, plant maintenance, or other assigned job functions.
• Encourage teamwork, appropriate work habits, and workplace communication skills.
• Assist Programme Executives in preparing equipment, maintaining workspace cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

1. Trainee and Caregiver Support

• Build positive rapport with trainees, modelling respectful and empowering interactions.
• Support the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies.
• Communicate relevant trainee updates and observations to the multidisciplinary team.
• When required, assist the team in caregiver engagement and event facilitation.

1. Administration & Operations

• Perform routine administrative duties including attendance tracking, materials inventory, and audit preparation.
• Assist in the maintenance and organisation of training spaces (classrooms, kitchens, gardens, and hospitality rooms).
• Participate in programme improvement initiatives, team meetings, and centre-wide events.

• Minimum Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification in a related discipline (Hospitality, Culinary, Horticulture, Education, or Social Services).
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or working with adults with disabilities is an advantage.
