Core Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in business development, general management, or operations leadership roles.
• Strong commercial judgement with proven ability to scale businesses and manage complexity.
• Solid background in retail, trading, distribution, or consumer-related industries preferred.
• Capable of strategic decision-making while remaining operationally hands-on.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Formal academic qualifications are not mandatory; senior-level experience and results are prioritised.

Requirements

• Willing to learn and comfortable with working retail hours
• Willing to travel between branches when needed
• Bilingual with proficiency in mandarin preferred to liaise with mandarin speaking parents

Centre Operation Hours

• Weekdays: 1pm to 9pm
• Weekends: 9am to 5.30pm

• Able to teach Pri/Sec/JC level
• English/Maths/Chinese/Science/E.Maths/A.Maths/POA/Physics/Chemistry/ Biology/GP
• Passionate about teaching and willing to learn
• Able to commit to weekly lessons till the end of AY 2026
• No experience required as training will be provided
• A level Grad/Undergraduate/Graduate with a strong understanding of the subject to be taught
• Willing to travel to different branches to conduct classes
• Potential to convert to full-time tutoring
