AZEO is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help expand our Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Development Solutions business across SMEs and growing organisations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on networking, partnerships, business growth and pipeline building — someone who naturally connects people, opportunities and growth.
What You’ll Be Driving:
- Build and grow a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities
- Open doors with business owners, HR leaders and decision-makers
- Build strategic partnerships and referral channels
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn and business engagement
- Represent AZEO at networking sessions, business events and client engagements
- Identify market opportunities and growth segments
- Collaborate with our consulting team to turn opportunities into impactful business solutions

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships or Client Relationship Management
- Experience in corporate training, HR consulting, professional services, HR tech or related industries is an added advantage
- Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable engaging business owners and decision-makers
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for business engagements
