Job Specifications

Volunteer Engagement & Youth Involvement

●     Work closely with programmes team to build relationships and
rapport with youth to help gain traction for volunteering among
the youth

● Work with SG Cares Volunteer Centre @ Jurong team and its
partners to identify volunteering needs of the town and
identify potential areas for community projects

●     Develop youth through community projects by:

○ Facilitating group discussions to spark ideas and identify
meaningful project opportunities

○ Working with youth to define clear objectives and break down
larger goals into specific, achievable steps

○ Guiding the execution of projects while empowering youth to
take ownership and lead decision-making

○ Monitoring progress and stepping in when needed, while
maintaining a youth-led approach

○ Providing timely, constructive feedback in a safe and
supportive environment that nurtures growth and confidence

Operations & Coordination

●     Document important data such as number of volunteers,
volunteering hours etc to help the team to review the
effectiveness of current practices in building a volunteering
culture

●     Maintain a database of volunteers to ensure proper recognition
of their contributions during our annual Volunteer Appreciation
event

● Manage and maintain records of volunteer groups,
partnerships and build a repository of community resources
within the town

Technical Competencies

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas suppliers;
• Assist to evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project;

POSITION TITLE : Finance Executive  

LOCATION: Malaysia (Puchong)

REPORTING LINE:  Finance Director/Regional Finance Business Partner  

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:  You work as part of an office-based finance team to support all finance activities within the Singapore and Malaysia business and potential future footprint expansion in SEA region.  

• Accounting: Carry out the day-to-day Finance bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities in AP, AR and GL such as AP, AR data entries processing, credit management, vendor management & employee expenses payment processing, collection, bank reconciliation, GL & Fixed Assets management with journals preparation, reconciliations, adjustments and others.
• Intercompany Transactions: Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions across various entities.
• Financial Reporting: Support in preparing and maintaining monthly management accounts, financial statements, financial related reports and forecast updating via SAP system, uploading financial data into organization’s accounting systems (Other systems or dashboard in use: One Stream, Info-Tech, Qlik)
• Budgeting: support in data collection from divisions, input and prepare budget templates inclusive of cost allocation processes for management discussion and submission/uploading budget templates following Global timeline and instructions
• Audit and Tax Support: Support in providing requested data and reports to ensure audit results, direct and indirect tax returns and submission are carried out timely and accurately.
• Cash Flow Management: prepare and update cash flow template as assigned
• Process Improvement: identify areas of improvement, standardization and automation on daily tasks, develop and document DTPs and participate in automation or system enhancement projects to improve process efficiency
• Taking active role in any Global driven Finance related restructuring or transformation initiatives
• Ad-hoc Financial Related Tasks: actively participate in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior inclusive systems testing to ensure projects completed within project timeline

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Operations Support

• Act as a support liaison for the Sales team during the client onboarding phase, assisting with data gathering and documentation.
• Participate in client meetings to take detailed notes and help document supply chain requirements and challenges.

2. SOP Documentation & Maintenance Support

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or coordination role. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a customer-facing support role is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the MS Office / Google Worksuite suite (especially Docs, Sheets, Slides).

IT Executive

As an IT Executive, you will report to our Manager, IT, responsible for providing IT support and systems trouble-shooting, network management and maintenance of network and e-communications systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to end-users (eg connection to network, login issue, email inaccessibility).
