As a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you'll take on a developing engineering role where your main goal is to ensure our clients' IT infrastructure and systems remain operational. You'll achieve this by proactively monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems. Your insights will drive trend analysis reports, identifying tasks suitable for automation to reduce tickets and optimize efforts. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience with enterprise software, IoT devices, and applied AI, beyond pure application development.

What You’ll Do

• Enhance and maintain a C# .NET codebase
• Debug communication between controllers and card readers
• Develop access control features and workflows
• Work with databases and hardware integration
• Use and support AI-assisted tools or features for analysis, automation, or intelligent logic
• Write clean code and documentation
