• Oversee issuance of Sub-Contract and Payment Response in a timely manner.
• Attend monthly progress meeting, monitor and report status of contracts and procurement activities.
• Ensure subcontract commitments and milestones are achieved by liaising with Project Team members.
• Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), overseeing work progress, and providing mentorship, advice, and guidance to ensure optimal performance of the QS department.

Requirements

• Degree in Commercial Management/ Quantity Surveying
• At least 5 years working experience in handling local railway, tunnel (MRT), and other infrastructure projects and minimum 3 years in managerial role.
• Possess strong knowledge of market demands and pricing
• Experience in the sub-contract award process.
