• Advise on best practices for OIG upgrades, patching, and understanding of other IAM technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra, etc.) as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG v11+), including application onboarding, upgrades, and IGA use case implementation;
• Proven experience delivering complex OIG integrations across diverse enterprise applications and environments;

• Formulate, design and develop software solutions based on business requirements and application roadmap in alignment with architectural direction and standards.
• Ensure that solutions are performant, scalable, resilient and align to appropriate recoverability pattern.
• Support the Scrum master/Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.

• Good soft skills – good in presentation/articulation and able to dissect requirements and proactive to reach out and seek clarifications as needed, instead of waiting for instructions
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
