Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through various communication channels.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Accurately update and maintain customer information in the company system.
• Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.

Working Hours:

Shift-based schedule

• Working hours Mon: Fri is 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
• Two off days on weekdays (rotational basis).

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or above.
• Good customer service mindset with a passion for serving customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to interact confidently with customers from all levels.
• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia effectively.
• Computer literate and able to operate computer systems efficiently.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service and achieving customer satisfaction.
