About the job
As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will support the development of modern web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. Working alongside experienced developers and cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications while developing your technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
- Assist in the development of backend services using Node.js and/or .NET.
- Support the implementation of responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services through APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and optimized code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, processes, and development activities.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development.
- Actively participate in training, mentoring, certification, and professional development activities, and apply acquired knowledge and skills to project assignments and daily responsibilities.
- Support application deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Requirements and Qualifications

- Up to 2 years of professional experience in .NET development or related software development roles will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and/or .NET technologies.
- Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web application development concepts.
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is advantageous.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
- Strong willingness to learn, undergo training, and continuously develop new technical and professional competencies.
- Commitment to actively participate in training programmes, mentoring sessions, workshops, certification courses, and other learning and development activities assigned by the organisation.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Eligibility Requirement
This is an on-site role based in Singapore and is part of the IMDA Company-Led Training (CLT) Programme. Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.
