Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end processing and management of transactions within Global Markets.
• Monitor and manage operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Compliance, Middle Office, Settlements, and Technology teams.
• Assist in identifying operational risks, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
• Analyse data, prepare reports, and support presentations for management and key stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve trade exceptions and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, market standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to workflow enhancement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Support client servicing activities and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in strategic projects focused on operational excellence and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking, Accountancy, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 0–1 year of experience in finance, banking, operations, or related fields (internships are welcome).
• Strong interest in financial markets and the trade lifecycle.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Skills:

Core Experience: Min 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering or analysis within enterprise ICT Security environments.

Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta) and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with public sector cloud environments, GCC requirements, and data privacy laws (e.g., PDPA, GDPR) as they relate to identity.

Protocols: Deep understanding of identity protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.

Directory Services: Strong proficiency in Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and Azure AD Connect.

PAM Knowledge: Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and managing "Just-In-Time" access is highly preferred.

Automation: Experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python for identity task automation and API integration.

Cloud Security: Familiarity with cloud-native security tools (AWS IAM, Azure Policy) and Zero Trust Architecture principles.

Certifications: Professional certifications such as CIAM, CAMS, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300), Okta Certified Professional, or CISSP will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex access issues and the ability to document technical identity workflows clearly.

Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
