The Senior Network Engineer/Lead is responsible for designing and implementing solutions that compliment a dynamic, always growing and evolving global network for one of the leading organizations in financial services. You will bring a unique perspective to a team that adapts and maintains a secure and reliable network hosted across both cloud and office/site network infrastructure. 

Although the core focus of this role will be to act as a Network Engineer with a solid understanding of Network & IT Infrastructure Fundamentals including protocols, switches, routers/firewalls, it will also include exposure to experience operating within Azure & AWS cloud tenants. You will design and manage the local and wide area networks of our organization to ensure maximum up time for our users.

Reporting to the Director, IT, Infrastructure, you will:

• Design and Architect Networks

• Cloud Network Management

  Provision, configure, and manage cloud-based network resources across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Cisco Meraki.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Finance Analyst you will be providing critical analytical support to financial processes and drive strategic value for the Graphics Solutions (GRS), while proactively managing commercial risks. This role acts as a primary finance partner to the GRS Commercial team for AMEA, ensuring that strategic objectives are met while supporting the Strategic, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecast processes, and key business projects including regional projects. This role provides valuable experience and cross-functional interaction with senior leadership and sales/marketing teams, offering excellent learning opportunities. The day-to-day activities of a Senior Finance Analyst are diverse and require a blend of financial acumen and business partnering skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Business Partnering

  • Partner closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams of the GRS business, providing data-driven, strategic insights to drive profitable topline growth and market share expansion.

• Commercial Performance & Portfolio Analytics

  • Assist in the tracking, reporting, and analysis of commercial performance.

  • Build, maintain, and streamline complex financial models to support critical business initiatives, and conduct in-depth profitability analyses across product lines, customer segments, and regions to identify margin improvement opportunities.

• Core Financial Cycles & Closing

  • Support cross-functional teams by delivering accurate, timely financial data for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing cycles, as well as the dynamic rolling forecasting process.

• Process Automation & Modernization

  • ​​​​​​​Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, focusing on utilizing AI and the total elimination of obsolete reporting in favor of automated, consolidated, and simplified business intelligence (BI) / Google Cloud solutions.

• Corporate Governance

  • ​​​​​​​Participate in ongoing divisional initiatives related to internal controls, SoX guidelines, ethics and values, corporate culture change, and OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures) alignment

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Deal Desk and you will act as a strategic advisor to our regional sales team—structuring complex commercial deals, optimizing end-to-end management processes, and ensuring alignment with corporate profitability targets.

This role reports to the Head of Sales Operations and is fully onsite at the Malaysia's First Avenue Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Deal Structuring & Advisory: Serve as the strategic advisor to regional sales teams on complex deal structures, pricing, and commercial terms to maximize profitability and alignment with corporate goals.
• End-to-End Orchestration: Drive cross-functional alignment (Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations) to move deals from creation through approval to final closure, resolving exceptions.
• Process Design & Optimization: Improve the regional deal management process to boost governance, and commercial velocity.
• Financial Analysis & CRM Insights: Conduct financial modeling, margin analysis, and pipeline tracking by CRM to deliver data-driven insights for negotiations and sales forecasting.
• Contracting and Compliance: Review contract documentation to ensure total compliance with company policies, accurate revenue recognition and agreement.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement tracking mechanisms to ensure closed deals achieve projected financial targets, identifying variances and optimization opportunities.
• Report & Strategy: Translate complex data into clear summaries and recommendations for senior leadership, while mentoring junior team members on deal desk best practices.
