Job Summary

Assist the Director of Banquet in managing all banquet operations, ensuring successful execution of events, exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. • Certified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Five years operating experience in a hotel engineering department

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory position in a hotel engineering department or a related field with a proven record of accomplishment or success.
