Job Summary:
GOGO FOODS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily sales, procurement, logistics coordination, customer management and operational execution for Japanese food products in Singapore.

The role requires a hands-on manager who can work across office, warehouse, airport cargo and customer-facing environments. The successful candidate must be able to manage staff and customers while also supporting ground operations when required, including order checking, product quality checks, stock coordination, delivery planning and urgent operational follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations for Japanese food product distribution in Singapore.
2. Coordinate sales, procurement, logistics, inventory, customer service and delivery planning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in hospitality, food & beverage, luxury retail, or wine-related businesses.

• Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and business operations.
