• At least SPM or related diploma (Fresh grads are welcome!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders, including checking details and processing invoices
• Know our products and pricing to ensure accurate info
• Double-check orders placed by salesmen to confirm product, price, and quantity
• Handle daily office tasks (e.g., filing, receiving packages, welcoming visitors)
• Assist and track admin work to keep daily operations smooth

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Saturday, 9am - 1pm
