• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Lark/Feishu Sheets, or similar office tools to organise, filter, check, and summarise financial data accurately
• Strong attention to detail and numerical sensitivity to amounts, dates, currencies, and document consistency for accurate finance coordination
• Effective communication and follow-up skills to coordinate with internal teams and external parties professionally
• Ability to manage repetitive and detail-heavy tasks with patience and accuracy to maintain data integrity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Job Summary

The Finance Executive will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls. This role involves a mix of accounts management, financial reporting, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, verify expense claims, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding collections from clients.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany settlements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and schedules.
• Maintain the General Ledger and ensure all journal entries are accurately posted.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes within strict deadlines.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings to IRAS.
• Assist in corporate tax computations and withholding tax filings where applicable.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA/LCCI candidates are encouraged).
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• High level of accuracy, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Responsible to handle full set of accounts

· Maintain AR, AP, GL accounts, inclusive of sales invoicing, receipts, payments & accounts closing using Quickbooks accounting software

· Monitor and follow up closely with AR with monthly SOA

· Prepare weekly bank payments

· Prepare monthly/yearly supporting schedules and ensure timely, accurate month end/year end financial reporting

· Prepare costing reports for new client development

· Prepare and monitor cash flows projections

· Prepare quarterly GST for submission

· Prepare monthly/quarterly social impact reporting to various stakeholders

· Handle grant applications submissions

· Liaise with auditor / tax agent on audit and tax queries

· Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes

· Adhoc accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by Accountant

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in full set of accounts is required

- Proficient in Quickbooks & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)

- Able to communicate in English and Chinese in order to liaise with English and Chinese speaking counterparts on accounting matters

- Highly motivated, meticulous, and organized

- Able to communicate effectively and multi-task

- Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
