Overview
Responsible for project performance interms of HSE, schedule, design, scope quality, stakeholders, process, risk,project administration and cost. You will be required to perform dutiesdiligently to the quality standards set by the Company and conform to the Company’s policies and business systems and be always committed to theirimplementation and continuous improvement.
Your role
- Project execution and administration using established work processes and company quality management systems.
- Leading interactive planning sessions and establishing project schedules.
- Risk identification and establishing project risk register.
- Liaising with the client and stakeholders to ensure all client requirements related to the work packages are met, in accordance with company procedures.
- Managing all employees under your report to ensure they are working efficiently and completing tasks correctly.
- Assist in all procurement/contract administration activities, including but not limited to preparing technical specification, reviewing, and analysing submissions, preparing reports, negotiating with tenderers/contractors, chairing and writing minutes, administering awarded contracts and closing final accounts for awarded contracts.
About you
- Preferred Degree Holder in Engineering/Architecture/Interior Design or relevant discipline.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience across Data Centre / Telecom projects
- Understanding of modular construction will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional accreditation preferred e.g. PMP, RICS, CIOB
- With good understanding of statutory submissions following Fitting out work
- Able to work independently and run construction meetings
- Able to coordinate between stakeholders including clients, consultants and contractors
- Candidate with less experience can be considered as a Project Manager
