Altuscloud is seeking a Data Center Sourcing Manager to support the sourcing and procurement of colocation capacity for our cloud infrastructure platform. Requirements

• Experience evaluating or procuring data center capacity, including colocation space, power, cooling, and connectivity services.

What You'll Be Doing

Adoption Design

·       Develop clear and compelling adoption propositions for different stakeholder groups, articulating relevance and value

·       Design approaches that build momentum and participation (e.g. champions networks, communities of practice, targeted engagement efforts)

·       Shape how Data & AI is positioned and communicated across the organisation to drive understanding and interest

Portfolio & Stakeholder Management

·       Oversee a portfolio of capability and adoption initiatives, ensuring alignment and scalability across the organisation

·       Work across technical, strategy, and programme teams to bridge capability development and actual adoption outcomes

·       Engage senior stakeholders to drive ownership, prioritisation, and sustained participation

·       Support transition of initiatives from exploration into operational use

Planning & Reporting

·       Provide planning and coordination across capability and adoption workstreams

·       Track progress, risks, dependencies, and adoption outcomes for management reporting

·       Support prioritisation and resource alignment across initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 6–8 years of relevantexperience in programme management, transformation, data or digital roles.

• Strong ability to operate across technical and non‑technical contexts.

• Good understanding of enterprise Data and AI considerations, including governance and infrastructure.

• Strong planning, synthesis and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Comfortable operating across strategy and execution in a complex organisational environment.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract with potential for a 1-year extension and consideration for permanent tenure thereafter.

Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive operational excellence, process optimization, stakeholder management, and large-scale business transformation initiatives across regional and global operations.

This is a contract role ending on 12 Feb 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflow documentation, knowledge resources, training materials, and certification programs to ensure operational consistency and scalability.
• Lead and contribute to strategic projects that address large-scale operational challenges by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on project scoping, execution, implementation, and change management activities.
• Analyze operational performance trends, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, resource utilization, automation adoption, cross-site collaboration, and overall operational effectiveness.
• Manage supplier and internal partner selection processes, onboarding activities, performance evaluations, and progress reviews to ensure successful delivery of project objectives and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and service providers to simplify complex workflows, implement process enhancements, and develop workflow efficiency frameworks that proactively identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Drive exceptional customer and employee experiences across end-to-end programs, policies, and operational processes by ensuring efficient and scalable service delivery models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing operational processes, including SLA governance, queue and ticket management, customer support operations, and service delivery performance monitoring.
• Strong data analytical skills with the ability to collect, synthesize, interpret, and leverage data to support operational planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business operations, industry practices, and domain-specific knowledge, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions.
• Experience identifying, implementing, and managing process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency initiatives using relevant tools and technologies.
• Strong stakeholder, client, and partner management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence decisions, manage expectations, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data centre engineers and technicians, ensuring effective 24/7 operations.
• Oversee day-to-day data centre operations, ensuring high uptime and service availability.
• Manage critical infrastructure including UPS, generators, cooling systems, and BMS.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, upgrades, and capacity expansion.
• Monitor capacity utilisation, optimise energy efficiency, and control operational costs.
• Handle incident management, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring performance standards and service delivery.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular operational updates.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data centre operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
• Experience in data centre setup, operations, and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
