Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transport operations, including delivery and collection for air and sea shipments, as well as container trucking.
• Assign delivery and collection tasks to lorry drivers.
• Oversee container drivers for import and export activities, ensuring smooth operations at seaports and container yards.

Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Document Controller to join their dynamic team in the building construction sector. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate documentation management and supporting project teams with efficient document control processes across all phases of construction projects.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Set up, maintain, and update the document control system for all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, correspondences, contracts, and reports.
• Ensure all documents are filed, stored, and retrieved accurately and promptly.
• Control issuance, tracking, and revision of documents in line with company procedures and project requirements.
• Distribute documents to project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders as required.
• Maintain registers of incoming and outgoing documents.
• Support project managers and site teams with document-related queries and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to document control procedures, confidentiality, and version control protocols

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience of 2 years as a Document Controller.
• Strong understanding of document control principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using electronic document management systems.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
