Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and sales visits.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate, government, travel trade, and event clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and rate agreements to clients.

Account Management

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of key accounts.

Events & Group Coordination

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–8 years of experience in hotel sales, catering sales, events management, or related hospitality roles (depending on position level).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.

Requirements
