Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly & monthly inspection reports.
• Analyse and trouble-shooting production quality issues.
• Material receiving inspection
• Disposition of non-conforming products (incoming & outgoing).
• Handle customers’ complaint (CAR) with effective corrective actions.
• Provide training to QC inspectors.
• Liaise with client inspector on inspection point(s).
• Conduct regular line audit and drive for quality improvement.
• Conduct internal ISO audit and manage external customer audit.

• To keep and update all the Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and

Job Description:

The role involves monitoring and ensuring the quality of all electrical works, verifying compliance with project specifications, standards, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and manage quality control procedures for electrical works on site.

· Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of electrical installations, equipment, and materials.

· Review and verify electrical shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for compliance.

· Monitor workmanship to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards.

· Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs), track corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.

Job Requirements:

Position Summary

QA Engineer (Process Quality Control) is responsible to develop & deploy inspection procedures to ensure conformance of material to be released. Candidates with experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply for this position.

Qualifications:

Education & Professional Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Metallurgy) from a recognized institution and other qualifications in O&G sectors
- CSWIP 3.1 or AWS or ASNT would be of added value (candidate to at least demonstrate understanding of the above certifications)
- Lead Auditor on Management Systems (ISO9001,ISO14001&ISO45001)
- Experience in application of RCA methods, investigation techniques
- Proven ability and experience in developing and implementing management systems (ISO9001,ISO14001 & ISO 45001) in organizations.
- Exposure to Enterprises Risk Management (ERM) processes
- Knowledge and experience on ASME U & R certifications (BPVC)

Professional Experience:

- Minimum 10 years’ combined QA-QC experience covering marine, oil and gas EPC projects (onshore /offshore), heavy fabrication, process plants, etc.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA-QC Manager role

- Proved auditing experience & capability in preparing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures/plans/instructions

- Strong management practices and techniques

- Very good analytical and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of safety and environmental practices related to industry

- Good knowledge of marine, oil & gas industry standards/ codes/ regulations

Job Summary:

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of medical devices throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, overseeing production processes, managing product quality, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. This will include support for new product transfers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance and Control:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans, procedures, and control measures.

- Monitor and analyse production processes to detect and resolve quality issues.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable standards.

- Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.

- Investigate and resolve product-related issues, deviations, and non-conformities, with the authority to recommend corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure the non-conformance or quality issue is resolved and complete in a timely manner.

Education/Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or science, with 2 - 5 years of progressive Quality responsibility, preferably in medical device / pharmaceutical manufacturing. Diploma holders in Engineering or science with more than 5 years' experience in Quality may be considered.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards, including FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards.

• Good command of English language.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present information clearly.
