• Ensure that in-house teams and outsourced contractors adhere to safety standards and conduct their work with proper risk assessments and safety measures.
• Regularly follow up on the progress of projects.
• Prepare and submit detailed documents, proposals, and sales reports to clients and management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, engineers, migrant workers to achieve departmental goals

Requirement:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager at consulting firms
• Relevant experience in the planning, design and implementation of M&E services
• Possessing an entrepreneurial mind, showing flexibility, and being innovative and result-oriented
• Willingness to grow and lead the M&E business in a listed company as an entrepreneurial owner of the business in an environment similar to start-up
• Network within the sector to source new projects for the company
• Strong in people management, good writing, communication and presentation skills
