Qualities We Value 

• 8 years of relevant middleware experience, with at least 3–5 years in a lead/ L3 role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• IBM WebSphere Application Server v9
• Oracle WebLogic Server (12c / 19c, OSB/SOA)

• Experience with Crystal Reports and Elasticsearch administration.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system optimization.
