Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Project Director to develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely progress aligned with project objectives.

Required Competencies and Certifications

·       Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

·       Monitor and manage inventory of materials and equipment on-site.

·       Supervise and provide leadership to site teams including site coordinators, safety personnel, supervisors, and workmen.

·       Resolve site conflicts or issues quickly and professionally.

·       Prepare project documentation such as method statements, work programmes, and other required submissions.

·       Evaluate progress and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

The full-time Site Project Manager is to be exclusively full time on site to assist the Architect in performing the project management and day-to-day operations to achieve the objectives :
