KeyResponsibilities:
Account & Domain-Centric Management
· Develop and service assigned clients’domain/account consisting of various government agencies
· Responsible for growing domain/accountrevenue and accountable to the assigned accounts within the FY and developing deep domain coverage and build close customer relationship of the domainassigned; updating customer profiling and market analysis of the domainaccurately
· Continually engage and establishrelationships with, stakeholders, customers and additionally, expand customers’ profile and domain coverage
· Understanding customers’ needs,coordinate proposals from presales and provide a concise quotation for theirconsideration.
· Follow up, expedite and liaise withcustomers in all matters relating to the projects, payment, renewal and events/ training; ensure customers are satisfied with deliverables
· Perform market research andcompetitor analysis to determine a competitive target price for the domainsbids
SalesOperations Management
· Coordinate Tender Briefing and leadBid Review with Presales
· Accountable for ensuring completionand quality of tender proposal in conjunction with pre-sales teams
· Preparation of quotations forcustomer’s reference for opportunities (BQ/RFI/RFP/ITQ/ITT)
· Track and ensure that timelines aremet and updates are submitted to other functional teams
· Drive alignment with other functionalteams and orchestrate appropriate resources for customer engagements
