We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and coordinate site execution for reinforced concrete and wet-trade subcontract works. Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Coordination

Manage daily execution wet-trade works at site

Programme & Productivity Control

JOB OVERVIEW

• The Manager is responsible for the branch affairs of the Custom Brokerage products and Custom process.
• Drive effective and future-oriented resource planning in the custom brokerage organization, in line with productivity targets: place the right people into the right roles and hire talent with the right skills to make a career, not only to fill current vacancie
• Effectively manage the performance of the custom brokerage, coach and support the team leaders as necessary
• Drive change management in the branch organization/custom brokerage

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure consistent achievement of operational standards to meet customer requirements
• Manage and monitor productivity KPIs against budget, initiate corrective actions
• Optimize and implement operational standards & guidelines and drive continuous improvement of branch operations
• Monitor operational performance (equipment, sub-contractors, productivity, quality of service, data, incident handling) and initiate, implement, and control corrective actions; escalate to superiors when needed.
• Evaluate and monitor operational risks, ensure contingency planning, and implement corrective actions.

OTHER DUTIES

Job Summary:

Responsible for sales and support of liquid filling machines and packaging films. Handle both new and existing clients in local Chinese companies and ASEAN countries, supporting product proposals during exhibitions and meetings.

Job Details:

1. Sales and Client Management

o Sales to local Chinese companies (new vs. existing clients 50:50)

o Follow-up for 5–10 existing clients

o International sales to ASEAN countries, Australia, Singapore, etc. (business trips approximately every 2 months)

o Support meetings during overseas trips

2. Sales and Technical Support

o Sales of liquid filling machines and packaging films

o Product presentations and demonstrations

o Participation in exhibitions

o New business development (market research, lead generation)

3. Sales Strategy and Planning

o Manage sales performance and incentives

o Plan visits in KL, Selangor, and Johor Bahru (approx. once per month)

4. Internal Coordination

o Report to Director and GM, support negotiations

o Prepare for overseas trips and exhibitions, coordinate internally

o Coordinate with technical team and service engineers for delivery, installation, and maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising Strategy: Assist in creating and executing merchandising strategies in line with company objectives.
• Product Selection and Curation: Ensure product assortment meets customer needs and brand positioning. Also, ensuring a balance of trend-forward items and timeless classic that resonate our target audience.
• Inventory Management: Track the inventory levels closely, including forecasting demand, managing stock levels, and implementing strategies to minimize OOS or excess inventory.

• Assist in planning product launches, promotions and markdown strategies.

Key Requirements

• 4~5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage complex task.
• Great negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
