Job Responsibilities:
1.Ā Ā Operational Oversight & Execution
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Oversee and support Facilities Manager on daily facilities operations across multiple client sites.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Manage facilities, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for M&E, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building services.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure service levels and KPIs are met, with prompt escalation and resolution of technical issues.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Oversee incident management, emergency response, and business continuity planning.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Monitor site inspections, audits, and contractor performance for compliance and quality.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Conduct fire drill and table-top exercise annually
2.Ā Ā Client Relationship Management
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with key client stakeholders.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Address escalations, resolve disputes, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Proactively propose value-added FM solutions and continuous improvements.
3.Ā Ā Contract & Service Delivery
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Translate client FM requirements into deliverable service solutions.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Monitor KPIs, SLAs, penalties/service credits, and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for clients and senior management.
4.Ā Ā Business & Account Development
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling FM services.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Work with senior management to design and implement account growth strategies.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Expand scope of services (e.g., sustainability, energy management, asset lifecycle).
5.Ā Ā Business Development & Tender Support
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Provide technical input to tender submissions, bids, and sales presentations.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Participate in site show round with prospective clients.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Collaborate with sales teams to improve tender win rates.
6.Ā Ā Financial & Budgetary Control
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Prepare and manage budgets for assigned projects.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Monitor financial performance, analyse cost variances, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
7.Ā Ā Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure client sites comply with statutory and regulatory requirements (fire safety, WSH, MOM, environmental).
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Lead audits, inspections, and ensure timely reporting.
8.Ā Ā Vendor & Team Management
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, and SLA performance reviews.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Lead, mentor, and develop site teams (engineers, supervisors, technicians).
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Promote training, succession planning, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Strong balance of operational excellence and business acumen.
- Proven client engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership ability with experience managing large, multi-site FM teams.
- High level of initiative, problem-solving, and crisis management.
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management.
- Strong track record in contract management, client servicing, and account growth.
- Experience in tender support, solution design, and commercial development within an FM contractor environment.
