主要功能

• 負責管理財務交易、維護準確的記錄、處理應付/應收帳款、編制財務報表，並確保符合相關法規。他們也協助進行預算編制、預測，並為財務決策提供支援。

主要職責：

1. 在約定時限內，透過電話、電子郵件和信件催收逾期發票，並準確記錄所有催收活動。
2. 核對從供應商/關聯公司收到的貸項/借項通知單，以確保支付/收取的金額正確無誤。
3. 控制和管理端到端的財務流程，包括收款、付款、每月結算活動和資產負債表核對。
4. 確保所有會計系統、實務、控制和程序完全符合公司政策。
5. 確保所有會計記錄在會計系統中均已正確更新和核對。
6. 按時完成最終會計報告並提交給會計經理。
7. 編制並產生月度管理會議所需的報告
8. 向管理層報告會計問題和結果
9. 其他職責由會計經理或任何其他指定人員不時委派。

資格及工作經驗要求：

1. 應徵者必須至少擁有會計或相關領域的學位/文憑。

4. 所需語言：英語、馬來語或中文
