Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the beauty spa to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Supervise and lead a team of beauty professionals, ensuring high service standards and team collaboration.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, to enhance brand presence and attract new clients.
• Conduct live streaming sessions on social media platforms to promote services, engage with customers, and build brand awareness.
• Maintain inventory, oversee scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Foster excellent customer relationships, addressing client feedback and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a beauty spa that offers facial treatments, waxing, and hair spa services.
• Proven expertise in conducting live streaming and utilizing social media for marketing purposes.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.

Job Summary

Provide professional wellness and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) solutions and treatments to clients while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulations. Engage in health talks and workshops to enhance client wellness knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional wellness trend insights, solutions, and treatments to clients to improve their health outcomes
• Respond accurately to customer inquiries regarding wellness solutions and TCM-related topics to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all solutions, treatments, and services provided in the company database for compliance and record-keeping
• Participate actively in wellness and TCM health talks and workshops to stay updated on industry knowledge and promote client education
• Comply with company policies and adhere to local regulatory requirements to ensure safe and lawful service delivery
• Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a cooperative and supportive work environment
• Demonstrate openness to learning new wellness concepts and skills to enhance service quality
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet client needs and business demands

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid trade certification, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
• Hold relevant trade certification with practical experience in wellness or TCM services

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic IT knowledge to manage documentation and client records efficiently
• Friendly and cooperative interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues and clients
