The Senior Specialist role will be a 12 month contract role in the Supply Chain team based at our Tuas Office. This role will be responsible to translate CGT asset strategy to tactical actions. The successful incumbent focuses on vendor management, push out pull in delivery, and operational support.

What you'll do:

• Monitor & track supplier performance and feedback to strategic buyers and/or category managers

• Support the implementation of supplier changes and other initiatives led by Central Category managers and Site Strategic Buyers

• Collaborate with the broader procurement team to ensure all relevant material & vendor master data and outline agreements are available in SAP and are up to date

• Manage all Level 2 vendor escalations, including but not limited to:

• Expediting delivery confirmation dates that don’t meet our MRP and production needs

• MRP driven delivery date “Push Out” or “Pull In”

• Late or missing PO confirmations

• Pricing Discrepancies

• Delivery and Shipping related issues and inquiries

• Manage Vendor performance, driving improvements on time delivery,  quality conformance, and other compliance issues

• Manage and resolve Vendor Returns (RMA, Cost Recovery, Replacements)

• Perform regular open order review meeting with Vendors

• Manage AP Inquiries (Invoice issues, etc..)

• Support internal cross-functional stakeholders to onboard and approve new raw materials and suppliers

• Maintain data integrity and improve related processes

• Perform other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Degree or Diploma with 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience in the healthcare or chemical manufacturing industry.

• Experience using SAP.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to use Power BI to extract data and create reports.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced MSD-cleared Class 4 Driver to join our logistics operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods and materials across Singapore, ensuring compliance with all traffic, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in supporting our daily logistics operations and ensuring timely deliveries to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Delivery

• Safely operate Class 4 vehicles (14ft, 24ft trucks) to transport goods between designated locations.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and handling of materials to prevent damage.
• Follow designated routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure delivery documents are properly signed, collected, and submitted after each trip.

2. Compliance & Safety

The Shipping Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of export shipping operations, including vessel booking, export documentation, customs declaration, port coordination, and L/C negotiation. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant shipment processing while supporting the company’s logistics and customer delivery needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Sales team on customer orders, shipment requirements, lead times, and delivery commitments.
• Verify all shipping instructions and review Letter of Credit (L/C) terms (if applicable) to ensure all documentation requirements are met before shipment.
• Arrange vessel bookings (VSL booking) directly with carriers or through freight forwarders.
• Request, compare, and evaluate freight quotations for cost efficiency.
• Monitor vessel schedules, port cut-off times, schedule changes, delays, and rollovers.
