What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• At least 3-5 years (Junior)/ 5-10 years (Senior) of experience in Management Consulting / BusinessProcess Re-engineering / ICT Consulting/ Process/ Operational Excellence Innovation/ Business/ System Consulting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge on ERP, logistics systems is essential
• Technical skills in process innovation consulting projects, IT/OT System development project
• Working experience in manufacturing or deep understanding in manufacturing industry
• Technical skills in data analysis or B.I.(Business Intelligence) implementation
• Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools
• Worked in project team responsible for digital application development
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) or similar is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• PMP certification is preferred

The incumbent serves as a Logistics Support Representative (LSR) within FLC Yokosuka, Detachment Singapore Logistics Support Center (LSC).  Performs supply support management for all aspects of shipboard support.  The LSR serves as the primary customer point of contact for the Detachment.  Services provided by the LSC and LSR include, but are not limited to: coordination and preparation of Logistics Requirements (LOGREQ) reply, meeting ship/vessel upon arrival, interface and interact with assigned Husbanding Agents, provide Supply Department unique specialty information regarding the post and services available.  Maintain situational awareness regarding operational schedules, analyze complex logistic requirement package and recommend efficiencies for cost savings and improved LSC operations.  Assist in the development of post guides and LSR instructions which explain regulation and policy changes.  Coordinate with representatives of other organizations.  Coordinates and relays logistic support requirements and other information as required in support of U.S. Navy ships, USNS vessels and shore based Navy elements operating throughout the area of responsibility. Interfaces with U.S. Navy husbanding services contractor(s) and validates contractor performance.
