The Import & Export Logistics Manager is responsible for leading logistics team to oversee end-to-end international logistics operations, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations, efficient shipment execution, cost optimization, and strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders. - Establish and monitor the basic practice and implementation such as MHE pre-inspection, daily-walk-about in the respective work environment with the support from section leads below SLM

- Supervise and monitor WSH monthly reports and take a lead to close any negative findings.

• Conduct random audit checks on daily stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all external correspondences are promptly followed up.
• Support and optimise production planning activities.
• Collect, analyse and share sales information internally.
• Perform sales and stock variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve sales, production and raw material variance issues.

• Manage and resolve matters related to sales, stock and delivery issues.

Requirements:

• At least eight years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience, including three years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of international trading and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills to support operational and strategic decisions.
