Responsibilities:
·      Develop product in accordance to food regulations, food safety standard and country standard policy
·      Participate in related R&D activities to create potentially profitable new products
·      Responsible for R&D Projects assigned and managing their progress to meet the targeted deadline
·      Formulation of recipes
·      Evaluate raw materials
·      Conduct shelf life stability study
·      Prepare reports and relevant documents as requested and compliance to ISO standard
·      Involved in product scale up and assist in product technology transfer
·      Assist in Artwork Checking
·      Lab maintenance and calibration of equipments
·      Provide technical support for product troubleshooting
·      Provide technical support to relevant sales, customers and other related departments
Qualifications:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Diploma / Bachelor in Food Technology or other Applied Science
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in Food industry, preferably in beverage industry and
involved retort process
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, Halal and other food safety regulations will be an added advantage
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Team player within itiative and good communication skill
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Pro-active in seeking solutions and problem solving skills
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
