Job Description

JERA Global Markets manages a large global fleet of over 20 owned and spot mid-term charters and will be responsible for driving further growth in this activity.

• Accountable for updating the LNG business for all new and existing maritime regulations that impact business activities.
• Support new and emerging trading opportunities, providing technical solutions for associated commercial challenges

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesales and Retail Clothing Industry
• Position Title: Sales & Retail Support Manager
• Working Location: Central – Bugis (Walking distance from the company to MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.45am-5.30pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 5000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and curate attractive product assortments to propose to external stakeholders in support of in-store events.
• Conduct market research and recommend new business opportunities and ideas for service improvements to drive profitability.
• Ensure service and operational excellence by establishing and enforcing organizational standards across the sales team.
• Deliver product training to Retail Promoters and ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge.
• Ensure the sales team adheres to the company's SOPs and policies.
• Oversee product displays and POP (Point of Purchase) materials, including price and product tags, ensuring compliance with company and departmental store guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing timely support, guidance, and communication.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
• Monitor and manage healthy inventory levels across retail stores.
• Assist with stock movements and event setups (e.g., setting up wagons), including the flexibility to travel between stores as needed.
• Mentor and support the sales team by providing solutions, answering procedural and technical queries, and promoting skills development.
• Oversee daily retail operations including inventory processing, logistics coordination, and team support including weekends when necessary.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, collaborate closely with the sales team to meet targets, and lead monthly sales meetings.
• Support the Merchandising Team with stock-taking activities and ensure compliance with company SOPs related to stock movement.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Min.3 years of working experience as a Sales manager in the retail industry
• Proven background in retail sales, preferably with experience managing retail outlets or department store counters
• Candidates with prior experience overseeing departmental counters in major retail establishments such as Takashimaya, CK Tangs, or Isetan will be highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint), PS (Photoshop) or Al (Adobe Illustrator) will be added advantage
• Must be willing to work late hours when required, especially during event setups and teardowns.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in HVAC after-sales, technical support, or warranty management (data center experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, CRAC, CRAH, AHU).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

• Familiar with CRM/warranty systems and technical documentation.

• Willing to travel when required.
