We are looking for an experienced AV control system programmer to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

This is a project-based role, working alongside our internal team to deliver stable, intuitive, and well-structured control systems across:

• Private home cinemas and multi-room residences

• Executive offices and boardrooms

• Retail / hospitality environments

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for:

• Programming and commissioning:

  • Savant

  • RTI

  • Lutron (integration level)

• Building clean, intuitive UI/UX (not template-level work)

• System logic structuring (scenes, automation flows, fail-safes)

• Remote testing + on-site commissioning (when required)

• Supporting troubleshooting during final delivery phase

• Proven experience in Savant OR RTI programming (both preferred)

• Familiarity with Lutron integration (RA2 / HomeWorks / QSX)

  • Device communication (IP / IR / RS232)

Engagement Structure

Remuneration posted is monthly for easy reference but the fee will be fixed per project (not hourly tracking)

Compensation is structured per project rather than fixed monthly salary.

Typical range:

• Small systems: SGD 800 – 1,500

• Mid systems: SGD 1,500 – 3,000

• Complex systems: SGD 3,000+

The PCS Technician executes, maintains, and sustains Micron’s PCS systems, SPACE Statistical Process Control (SPC), Applied Materials E3: Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) and Run to Run (R2R), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), MESCentral, and MAM (Manufacturing Application Management), RMS (Recipe Management Systems)

to ensure accurate system updates, stable automation behavior, and strong data integrity across manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

1) SPC (SPACE Platform)

• Create and update SPC charts, limits, rules, and attributes.

• Monitor chart health and escalate abnormalities.

2) E3 – FDC & R2R

• Update FDC traces, limits, alarms; perform basic troubleshooting.

• Enable/disable R2R models based on engineering instruction.
   

3) RMS – Recipe & Parameter Control

• Process recipe revisions and parameter changes.

• Validate recipe uploads and equipment communication.
   

4) SigmaSpec – Specification Management

• Update SigmaSpec per approved engineering change.

• Ensure spec alignment across SPC, FDC, R2R, and RMS.
   

5) MES / Shop Floor Systems

• Execute MES changes, validations, and state transitions.

• Support WIP, equipment status, and data collection plan accuracy.

6) MAM – Application Logic Support

• Update PCS‑linked MAM workflows.

Qualifications

Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. The Contamination Control & ESD Technician supports the semiconductor manufacturing environment by ensuring that cleanroom conditions and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protections meet factory and industry standards. This role conducts routine environmental monitoring, performs ESD audits, supports qualification activities, and assists in contamination or ESD‑related investigations. The technician works closely with engineers and cross‑functional teams to maintain a stable and compliant production environment, helping safeguard product quality, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleanroom environmental monitoring, including airborne particle measurements, AMC sampling, metal contamination checks, and environmental logging.

• Conduct ESD compliance checks, such as wrist strap and footwear testing, equipment grounding verification, workstation audits, and point‑to‑point resistance checks.

• Assist engineers with tool and material qualifications, ensuring all new equipment, spare parts, and consumables meet contamination and ESD requirements before release to production.

• Support contamination and ESD excursion investigations by collecting samples, gathering data, performing preliminary checks, and documenting observations accurately.

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration for environmental and ESD monitoring instruments to ensure consistent performance.
