4. Core Quality Engineering Skills

• Technical Documentation: Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102 standards.
• Statistical Tools: Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries from GE, RR, PWA, and Honeywell.
• Oversee the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system to ensure timely closure of quality issues.
• Coordinate on-site audits and ensure all documentation is "audit-ready" at all times.
• Carry out day to day activities on checking quality documents for incoming/outgoing items to ensure that they follow protocol.
• To assist in all other incoming/outgoing shipments and provide guidance to the team.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience and above in warehouse or logistics operations
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
