What will your role be:

• Undertake functional testing and user experience testing for the company’s software products (Web/Android/iOS/Components/AI Applications, etc.), and be responsible for work related to automated testing, performance testing and continuous integration practice.

• Define supplier quality requirements, establish quality agreements, and monitor OSAT performance metrics.

• Plan and execute internal audits and manage corrective actions (e.g., 8D, CAR).

• Drive continuous improvement programs across the organization.

• Manage customer complaints, field quality issues, and product traceability processes.

• Conduct QMS training to ensure employee awareness and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical preferred).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or related field.

• Strong knowledge of ISO/IATF standards, quality management tools, and OSAT processes.

• Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills.
